Does the job, the assembly seems intimidating if you read all of the comments saying how hard it is. It isn’t difficult, take your time, follow the instructions, follow them some more, then assemble. Do not go into it with the expectation of finishing it in a day, you won’t. Take your time and before you know it you’ll have a pretty cool greenhouse built.

J’adore ma serre, c’est un havre de paix. Par contre il y a possibilité de faire quelques améliorations. Les instructions sont difficiles à comprendre, heureusement qu’il y a les vidéos, mais il manque quelques gros plans pour expliquer mieux certaines étapes. Je n’ai pas fait appel à un entrepreneur pour les fondations (en raison des coûts et du temps d’attente qu’il aurai fallu) mais j’aurais aimé avoir des plans détaillés. Je voulais planter en pleine terre et je n’ai pas utilisé de lit surélevé pour ne pas perdre de hauteur et pour ne pas avoir à modifier la porte. Personnellement j’ai installé ma serre sur des 6x6 que j’ai simplement déposé sur des blocs de ciment que j’ai nivelé du mieux que j’ai pu. J’espère que mes fondations ne se déplaceront pas trop avec le gel et le dégel. Quelques vis sont rouillé après seulement 3 mois. Je regrette de ne pas avoir scellé les « channels » des panneaux en polycarbonate avec du silicone plutôt qu’avec le ruban adhésif, car il y a un peu de condensation qui se forme. Ma serre est exposée plein soleil, la température devient très haute le jour donc j’ai installé un sunshade. Il serait bien que planta greenhouse offre des sunshade adapté à la grandeur des modèles. Bien que j’avais commandé les fenêtres, je ne les ai pas installées en car je veux limiter les infiltrations d’eau et les prêtes de chaleur. Concernant l’isolation, dès que le Soleil se couche, la température de la serre dessert rapidement pour atteindre la température…

I’m loving my Sungrow 26. Didn’t get the plants in the ground until July 11 so I’m just starting to pick zucchini and beans and tomatoes now. Figuring that with the plants being in a greenhouse, the season will be extended enough to get lots. Also looking forward to planting a fall garden. Using raised beds and square foot gardening.😊

Yes! All of our Sungrow models come with manual doors and a manual window above the door on both ends of the greenhouse.
For our Sungrow models, the door opening width is 800mm or 31.5".

Unfortunately, we do not have any lean-to greenhouses available at this time.
All of our products come pre-packaged by the manufacturer and can only be customized in length (6.5' extension). However, the height of the greenhouse can also be increased if placed on a base (up to 5ft above the ground)
We use 6mm heavy-duty, double-walled polycarbonate panels with a UV-protected outside layer for our Residential Greenhouses.
The greenhouse frame is made out of heavy-duty galvanized steel.
It is strongly recommended to go with an even amount of roof ventilation windows. This is so you can place at least one on either side of the greenhouse. The amount of windows required depends on the greenhouse size, the climate you are in, and the types of plants that will be grown inside the greenhouse.
Our Automatic Ventilation Windows do not require any batteries or electricity. A heat-activated mechanism will open/close the window once a certain temperature is reached.
The opening temperature is between 17 °C and 25°C (62.6°F to 77°F), while the maximum opening is at 30 °C (86°F).
Roof ventilation windows work as an add-on and can be installed only once the greenhouse installation is complete. Windows can be added later as well.
The Sungrow models can hold snow load weight of up to 6ft of fresh snow (75 psf or 360 kg / m2) on top of the greenhouse.
The wind resistance is 100km/h (65 mp/h).
