What made you get a Planta Greenhouse?
We started a new lavender farm in 2020. We had been getting our new plant started from a grower, but that gets expensive, so we invested in a new greenhouse in 2022 to offset those costs. It has been a great investment!

We had a severe cold snap around Christmas when temps dropped to -10 F, but we were able to keep all the plants alive in the greenhouse. Following that, we had several winter storms with greater than 60mph winds, and the Sungrow came through with flying colors! No damage at all!

We started around 900 cuttings in late summer, and we have more than paid for the greenhouse in just one year! We consider this a well-deserved success story. Given the high winds we experienced last winter, I don’t think we could have endured with another brand. Thanks for making such a well-engineered greenhouse!

Economy compared to others, wind resistance, double wall poly, and pricing.

What do you grow inside your greenhouse?
Mostly lavender, but also vegetables and fruits like strawberries and tomatoes. We have over 15 lavender varieties that we grow.

How did your Planta Greenhouse improve your gardening experience?
Completely extended our growing season! Went from a nonexistent winter growing program to a fully lighted, heated greenhouse. Completely changed the growing dynamic for us. Hope to add on in the future.

What's your favourite thing about the Planta Greenhouse?
I love how sturdy it is, especially with so many parts. It’s very well-engineered, so it seems sturdier than others that I’ve seen advertised. It’s as strong as any I’ve seen, so just love that I don’t have to worry about weather doing any damage.

What would you say to a person considering purchasing a Planta Greenhouse?
Do it! It’s worth it!
