What made you get a Planta Greenhouse?
Researched kits and was impressed by the testimonials and pictures of the greenhouse in winter conditions. Plus, the picture of many staff members sitting on the roof. The fact that your company is in Ontario to make shipping easier also was a factor!

What competitors did you consider before purchasing from Planta Greenhouses?
Looked at 2 others but they were in the US. Can’t remember their names.

The fact the company is in Ontario, the specs about snow load and wind resistance.

What do you grow inside your greenhouse?
Last year, we experimented with growing different crops. We had 4 varieties of tomatoes, 2 varieties of late spinach, herbs, 2 varieties of beets, Swiss chard, and radishes.

How did your Planta Greenhouse improve your gardening experience?
We were able to harvest cherry and Black Krim tomatoes and Malabar spinach until late October with the aid of minimal auxiliary heat. Being able to have a coffee or cold beverage while seated and enjoying the greenery was another bonus!

What was your experience like buying from Planta Greenhouses? (was it easy to buy? How was customer service? etc.)
I ordered the greenhouse and 2 roof windows online and picked my pallet up at a shipping company in Thunder Bay. Later, I ordered 2 more windows online and they were shipped to my home via courier. In both cases, delivery was within 2-3 weeks.

What's your favourite thing about the Planta Greenhouse?
Since my wife and I put the greenhouse together ourselves, we know that the structure is strong and the galvanized metal components are going to be durable. No worries about running out after every snowfall to clean off the roof!

What would you say to a person considering purchasing a Planta Greenhouse?
If you are looking for a greenhouse, the testimonials from different owners in different geographical regions will convince you that Planta is the best choice!

I know that a greenhouse is an expensive item for anyone, but I really wish I had built or bought one years ago! Planta has lately sent out a newsletter via email advising how to ready our greenhouses for next season. Well done!
