What competitors did you consider before purchasing from Planta Greenhouses?
We looked at many offerings including models from Planet Greenhouse, Farmtec, Mulberry, Greenhouse Megastore and more.
Why did you choose to buy from Planta Greenhouses?
Quality for the price, structural integrity (we have lots of strong to severe storms with high winds and hail here in the Midwest) and customer service. I called before making the purchase. The staff at Planta was very helpful and gave freely of their time and construction advice.
What do you grow inside your greenhouse?
A variety of vegetables and flowers with a big emphasis on tomatoes. We get fresh spinach and lettuce as early as mid-March.
How did your Planta Greenhouse improve your gardening experience?
Our main issue was damage from deer, raccoons and squirrels. Problem solved. However, it extended our growing season by several months. Fresh tomatoes from May through Thanksgiving is a game changer.
What was your experience like buying from Planta Greenhouses? (was it easy to buy? How was customer service? etc)
As stated earlier, buying from Planta was a breeze. The product was delivered right to my door and right on time. My wife and I are in our 70s. We assembled the greenhouse ourselves in two days. At one point, we had a minor question. Planta was customer service responded immediately.
What's your favourite thing about the Planta Greenhouse?
The advantages of the extended growing season is wonderful. Plus, the ability to close it up and keep the varmints out is priceless. We had given up on our outdoor garden. Everything was gobbled up as soon as it sprouted. Those who say deer won't eat nightshades don't know about our deer.
What would you say to a person considering purchasing a Planta Greenhouse?
It's simple. If you can find a better product for the money, then buy it. Or you can use my research and experience to your advantage. Our Sungrow has been through scorching heat, freezing cold, high winds and large hail. It stands unscathed.

Today is April 18th here in planting zone 6. Our tomatoes are already 2 feet tall and blooming. Need I say more?
