How would you rate your overall experience with Planta Greenhouses?What do you grow inside your greenhouse? I grow primarily transplants to sell locally (e.g., tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, herbs, a few flowers). After transplant season, I plant my own tomatoes (a variety of determinant and indeterminate), sweet and hot peppers, and some herbs, including some hanging baskets (the flowers get moved into my garden).
How did your Planta Greenhouse improve your gardening experience? I absolutely love being able to work in the greenhouse in early spring and enjoy the heat from the sun when it is still chilly outside. It gives me hope for the upcoming growing season! It is my own space to plant and enjoy my growing transplants. It definitely provides me the capacity to start my growing season earlier. My plants are healthy.
What was your experience like buying from Planta Greenhouses? The greenhouse was a gift, but I understand the ordering was straightforward. It was easy to switch the name to my own to ensure I would get any follow-up emails. Customer service was excellent. We had a question, and it was answered quickly through a phone call. What type of upgrades have you done? Tell us about your most innovative DIY solutions added to your greenhouse. Inside, I built raised beds down one full side and halfway down the other side. The other half is a higher table to work on (e.g., potting transplants, seeding). Underneath the table, I store bags of topsoil, tools, and trays. Down the middle, I installed thick landscape fabric that is easy to sweep and keep things cleaned and organized. Outside on one side, I built a raised bed and like to plant sunflowers.
What's your favorite thing about your Planta Greenhouse? The structure is very secure, and I am confident during storms that it will stay intact. It also looks beautiful in my backyard!

Anything else you'd like to add? I gave a 3 rating because although I love my greenhouse, it was very challenging to install. We have one section of hard plastic that keeps "popping off" in strong wind, and it is very hard to fix (I can't fix it at the moment because it is a two-person job). There are also a few "gaps" at the ends that I can't seem to resolve. The doors were very finicky to install too.
