Our plants love our greenhouse!

What made you get a Planta Greenhouse?
The growing season in Massachusetts is unfortunately short. We were hoping to extend our growing season by using it for seedlings and/or extending our later season.

What competitors did you consider before purchasing from Planta Greenhouses?
Our other main option would have been a self-build.

Why did you choose to buy from Planta Greenhouses?
We didn't have time for a self-build and liked how many reviews were tangential to snow support.

What do you grow inside your greenhouse?
Vegetables, herbs, and fruit. Specifically hanging strawberries, pots of zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, radishes, lettuce, potted figs, and jalapenos. For herbs, basil, Thai basil, oregano, sage, thyme, and mint.

How did your Planta Greenhouse improve your gardening experience?
The greenhouse definitely made for more robust seedlings and really helped out when parts of Massachusetts were hit with a late frost! Our cucumbers really love the heat and have been going nuts!

What was your experience like buying from Planta Greenhouses?
It was easy to buy the greenhouse. We were missing a few parts but decided to avoid customer service in favor of Home Depot. (Small extender pieces)

What's your favourite thing about the Planta Greenhouse?
Our plants love our greenhouse! My favorite thing was walking in with a cup of hot tea in March and seeing green.

What would you say to a person considering purchasing a Planta Greenhouse?
Go for it! But splurge for the ventilation...a 75-degree day here hits 100F in our greenhouse...and that's worth both doors open!
