What do you grow inside your greenhouse? Every kind of hot pepper my partner could find, tomatoes (several varieties), cantaloupe, cucumbers, watermelon, lettuce (several varieties), collards, basil, brussels sprouts, chard.

How did your Planta Greenhouse improve your gardening experience? We feel like we are urban farmers now! Rob produces his own hot sauces and spices. We eat from our own land 10 months of the year. Each year we get a better yield and we hope to start using green energy to grow year round. Our neighbours are inspired and people driving by stop and ask about the greenhouse and give compliments. WE LOVE IT!

What type of upgrades have you done? Tell us about your most innovative DIY solutions added to your greenhouse. We added solar panels and exhaust fans. This year we will install new watering systems, a floor and upgrade the electrical. We want to try using a water feature to regulate the temperature.

What’s your favorite thing about your Planta Greenhouse? Actually being in the space. It is so invigorating and we can spend hours in there. It’s like "green bathing" lol
