It allowed us to begin with planting greens in early March and harvest two crops of greens before shifting to tomatoes, cucumbers, and pepper transplants.
Due the late setup we were limited to what we can grow so selection came to following: green onions, garlic, carrots, kale, beets, radishes, lettuce, green peppers, tomatoes...
