This video tutorial for assembly of steps 1-9
Lay the upper arches (part 4b) on the ground to form an arch held together using the ridge cover plates. Using the angles, screw the butt end upper strainer (part 5) to the left and the right to form the front arch/gable.
The angles should face outward and will form the surface on which the butt end upper strainer attaches. The two holes on part (5) should point downward and will support the door frame.
