What year did you install this greenhouse? 2021

What do you grow inside your greenhouse? The first year I tried starting seedlings in the greenhouse in February/March but it wasn’t warm enough to germinate, so now I start most of my seedlings in my house. I put out lettuce and spinach seedlings in the greenhouse in March and eat off them until almost June. I transplant onion and broccoli seedlings into the greenhouse pots until they are ready to go into the garden. Come May, I put all potted seedlings that I start in the house into the greenhouse until they are big enough to go into the garden beds. Also worked great to cure my onions!

How did your Planta Greenhouse improve your gardening experience? Love that I can have fresh produce earlier. Plants, even potted, love and thrive on the light, heat and protection they get in the greenhouse.

What type of upgrades have you done? Tell us about your most innovative DIY solutions added to your greenhouse. Gravel floor. Long, rectangular flower bed plus round pots accommodate the plants I want to grow in there. Table to work on plus shelves for plants or storage.

What's your favorite thing about your Planta Greenhouse? Four doors provide options for ventilation and temperature control. Love the most… how it attracts the light!

Anything else you'd like to add? Setting up and building the greenhouse was a challenge! Instructions were not easy to understand. Now that it is up and functioning… I thoroughly enjoyed it.
