What made you get a Planta Greenhouse?
This year in January I planted onions and garlic. Will be ready by end of May then I will plant lettuce and other veggies for fall.
What competitors did you consider before purchasing from Planta Greenhouses?
None. After reviewing all greenhouses for the price and space, I ordered Planta greenhouse. That was five years ago and I love it since then. We have saved so much money by not buying vegetables from the store and eating so much better. Last year I had tomatoes and until the end of January, we didn’t buy tomatoes from the store, had fresh tomatoes until then. It was awesome.
Why did you choose to buy from Planta Greenhouses?
Price, style, and space. The style in the winter snow doesn’t stay at the top; it will slide down and will not damage the house. In summer I can open the window or door or both together. It is great.
What do you grow inside your greenhouse?
In the past tomato, beans, spinach, carrots, lettuce, garlic. This year onions and later will be lettuce and some spices when I pull the onion. By December everything will be ready, and I'll replant in January again.
How did your Planta Greenhouse improve your gardening experience?
It’s awesome. I grew all year and fresh vegetables are great. Very little work to maintain it and keep unwanted animals out of my vegetable garden. Eating fresh is the main reason, and these days with the price of fresh produce, we eat so much better.
What was your experience like buying from Planta Greenhouses? (was it easy to buy? How was customer service? etc)
It was very easy. After we decided on the style and ordered our greenhouse, five days later they called and went to the shipping company and picked it up. Didn’t have them deliver. It took me and my wife about two days to put it together. Everything was marked, and we followed the instructions. By Sunday afternoon, we were putting seeds in the bed.
What's your favourite thing about the Planta Greenhouse?
Style. The domed ceiling is very efficient in the winter and summer. It's very easy to maintain with the windows on each side and doors on both sides. We can easily maintain the temperature in the winter and summer.
What would you say to a person considering purchasing a Planta Greenhouse?
I have said it to whoever asked me, and I will say it again: don’t look any further, it’s an awesome product. I love mine, and if I had more space, I would buy another one.
