Even in minus outside temperatures, on a sunny day the inside of the greenhouse is toasty warm. Last years production maximized my yield and allowed me to automate my watering protocol.
So far for the 3 years I have had this product there has virtually been no maintenance to the actual structure. I can't wait to get back into my greenhouse and start planting this year!
It is very sturdy and has a unique design. I really like the shape, as it doesn’t allow snow to build up. It also has metal straps that secure the panels tightly so wind doesn’t catch them.
After 3 years, my Planta greenhouse is still in excellent condition. The greenhouse has allowed me to extend my gardening season by two months, and I can grow a variety of plants despite the cold.
This will be our first season with it, and we've already started most of the garden. It's only April! We look forward to container growing throughout the winter and enjoying a relaxing space, especially in the middle of winter.
Weirdly the thing I get the biggest kick out of is the spices. I have an entire flat of cumin started. Last year I made my own Taco seasoning. The family thinks it comes from Costco.
